Since 1995, Michael has designed 42 homes that are built around Park City and surrounding areas. Many of the homes were designed and sold as spec homes but some were custom designs for his real estate clients. They range from small family homes to multi-million dollar ski access homes with lots of unique custom features.
In the summer months, Michael is an avid water-skier and can often be found skiing behind his boat on the Jordanelle Reservoir or in southern Utah on Lake Powell. He also enjoys hiking, camping and walking his dog. In the winter, Michael can be found snowshoeing, or on the mountain where he has been snow skiing since he was 5 years old.
